OpenClaw is an open-source personal AI assistant that runs on your local hardware. It integrates with Google Workspace and other services to help manage your digital life. The software is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your machine and any API credentials used by OpenClaw. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your OpenClaw installation.
You agree not to use OpenClaw to:
OpenClaw connects to third-party services (Google, AI providers, etc.) that have their own terms of service. You are responsible for complying with those terms. OpenClaw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
OpenClaw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall the developers of OpenClaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
OpenClaw is open-source software. The source code is available at github.com/openclaw/openclaw and is subject to its open-source license terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of OpenClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
