Overview

OpenClaw is a personal AI assistant that runs locally on your own hardware. This privacy policy describes how the application handles your data when connecting to Google Workspace and other third-party services.

Data Collection

OpenClaw does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external servers. All data accessed through Google APIs (emails, calendar events, files, etc.) is processed locally on your machine and is never sent to third parties.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored locally on your machine in your user profile directory. No credentials or personal data are transmitted to OpenClaw developers or any third party.

Third-Party Services

OpenClaw may interact with AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to process your requests. Queries sent to these providers are governed by their respective privacy policies. OpenClaw does not add personal data to these queries beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.

Data Retention

OpenClaw retains data only on your local machine for as long as you choose to keep it. Uninstalling OpenClaw or deleting its configuration directory removes all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

OpenClaw is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
